Avantages
IR is a great place to work if you enjoy ownership of your projects and working in a small, collaborative team. I’ve always felt trusted in my role, and there’s a lot of space to try out new ideas and improve processes. The culture is international, relaxed, and professional without being overly corporate. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback.
Inconvénients
Because it’s a small company, there’s not a formal structure for everything, so you do need to be proactive and self-sufficient. That said, this suits people who enjoy flexibility and variety.
