Avantages
it is giving average salary for it's employee
if you know how to speak sweet talking they welcomes you.
if you are freshers then it good to start.
Inconvénients
It is too small company only have 10-15 employees.
even they do not have office boys to clean desktops, laptops offices. need to clean yourself.
poor infrastructure/ facility / traps employee to join their.
late night working working culture
they have some old employees who watches other employees works, desktop (what are employee doing other than work on internet, like banking, electricity bill pay, etc ).
they have limited access of internet not used personal purposes.
company budget are too small
salary increment is too bad.
