      Strong brand across Engineering and really competitive commission structure.

      Inconvénients

      No real Cons from my time at Volt, only inconsistent messaging and leadership from outside the UK.

      Avantages

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Inconvénients

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
