      Flexible timings is the only pros we can tell

      Inconvénients

      1. Higher management never talks to the employee and so we dont have an option to share our concerns. We ourselves go and tell, then that will be a big problem, middle management will start focusing on our termination 2. Middle management like APM are very partial and shout like something and they use the words that are very unprofessional. 3. Treating employees like slaves

      Avantages

      I have been working here for 7 months now . Great place to learn new technologies . Lot responsibility given even to freshers . Very friendly environment . Even Higher official are very friendly . Great place to work . Many activities conducted every week . If you are good you will surely be recognised in innoppl .
