      Avantages

      Most people here are easy to get along with, and the work has lots of variety. Management recognizes extra effort. There's a good deal of flexibility and decent pay and benefits.

      Clients often make last-minute changes.

      Co-workers are nice. Not much else to say

      Inconvénients

      Awful & outdated company. No training. They compare themselves LA/SF/NY ad agencies which is questionable. Good reviews are fabricated to save face. You'll be walking on eggshells from day 1. I would not recommend this job to anyone, even in desperation.
