back to back incoming calls, no down-time, not childcare friendly. they make you come in on days you may not be scheduled due, like an “on-call” shift but if you don’t show — you’re in trouble.

• A lot of grey area for the job
• While the company I was caring for had a lot of paid holidays, Innosource only had paid federal holidays, which was far less than what the parent company got.
