Avantages
InnoGames is truly an amazing company to work for. Everyone is so passionate about the games in the portfolio, and shares in the company's successes and supports the challenges in a cross-departmental manner. There are multiple learning and growth opportunities as an employee, from InnoVersity, #dev-talks, lightning talks, brown bag lunch presentations, conference attendance and the tech blog. The career models are something I had never experienced before in such detail, and an area that I truly appreciated in knowing where and how I should focus on to improve my skills. The company celebrates promotions of its staff members every six months, and feedback is a core value of the company. Transparency and knowledge sharing is another area I think InnoGames excels at. And my team, the most amazing group of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I learned so much and grew so much by working with them.
Inconvénients
Difficult to find, but if I had to say anything I would say that salaries at InnoGames are average and not competitive. Other benefits more than make up for this though in my opinion.
