The company has a lot of potential but it is going nowhere thanks to the management. - The level of unprofessionalism from the management is appalling. - The head is illogical, full of talk and only here due to nepotism. - There is also a severe lack of support from the extremely unqualified HODs and managers who will exploit you whenever possible.
