I continually feel supported and valued. There is an endless dedication to professional growth and challenges to rise to every day. This company creates clear growth paths and strives to innovate and raise to meet the changing landscape of ABA. I have the opportunity here to do strong clinical work and autonomy to operate independently as a clinical director. Everyone who I have met at iCan has been a blessing to have in my life and to learn from. While every company has it's flaws, I have never been happier at any ABA company and I urge anyone looking for a different way to ABA to consider coming to iCan. We'd love to have you!
