Avantages
Quick hiring process. However turnover is high so perhaps some more time spent on hiring quality applicants would be prudent. Corporate IT guy is very helpful and pleasant.
Inconvénients
While it is true that many employees have been with this company for 20+years, it seems to hinder growth of the company as a whole. The best way I can describe the upper management team is "blast from the past" as techniques taught in trainings were quite effective for doing business... in 1990. Questions are answered in the form of links to archaic tools and any sort of actual guidance is hard to find, which may be due to the fact that no one really knows what they are doing with regards to any sort of new technology. There is an illusion of upper management being there to assist, however it feels as though every question you ask is a strike against you. Leaders are careless and two faced; constant feeling of having to watch your back. Also, C level scores are not acceptable for any department. It killed me every time the team congratulated each other for a 76% in any area. Average is not something to celebrate. Very low standards.
