      Avantages

      - There's no stop to learning when it comes to Inklusiiv and DEI in general. - We live by our values and prioritize impact above all. - The team is made of very knowledgeable people and who are willing to collaborate and contribute to everyone's growth. They are also great people to be around! - We keep up to date with the latest trends and share our knowledge openly

      Inconvénients

      Because it's a small team and this is an ever evolving field sometimes you have to think really fast in order to keep up.

      Avantages

      - Everyone is willing to help and answer questions, which made the onboarding process feel less intimidating. - My supervisors are aware of my workload and make sure I don't feel like I have too many projects at one time. - It feels like a true community at work – everyone is very welcoming and the team bonding activities are always a blast. - The mission of Inklusiiv is very impactful and the focus on DEI allows me to grow professionally in an area I am passionate about.

      Inconvénients

      - There are sometimes projects from multiple areas that you will be involved in and it can feel like there's a lot of information to know in order to stay up to date with all of them.
