      to be honest, it is just a place where people get some experience after university before moving onto greener pastures.

      Inconvénients

      no benefits, unpaid overtime and 12h shifts, little room for growth

      They are a smaller company and don't always have the ability to hire on trainees

      Avantages

      The only pro is that you are paid on time

      Inconvénients

      There is no bonus - they will try and use the game of 'discretionary' but for all the time I was there, no one (apart from the CEO I presume) received a bonus
