      Avantages

      Despite the small size, relatively well-known in the industry. Some people are great. Presents some valuable learning opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Haphazard training. Arbitrary review process. Stingy with employees, unpaid overtime. Lack of trust and extreme compartmentalization of information limits learning opportunities. High handed treatment by managers.

      They are a smaller company and don't always have the ability to hire on trainees

      Avantages

      The only pro is that you are paid on time

      Inconvénients

      There is no bonus - they will try and use the game of 'discretionary' but for all the time I was there, no one (apart from the CEO I presume) received a bonus
