-extremely toxic, selfish and incompetent "management" in the Singapore and Malaysia (Stagwell Marketing Sdn Bhd) offices -no benefits -poor pay -colleagues turn on each other the moment there's a sign of trouble -feedback for improvement, drawing boundaries and advocating for self get taken as attacks, and then you get targeted as the bad person and edged out of a job.
