Avantages
Of course, you can earn loads of money if you want so. (And if you are in the right team you can travel a lot, which is amazing.) But for all the people who want more, who are not money driven: You get an excellent education and a never ending lesson. If you are going through this school, then you're ready for anything. Professionally and personally. Ink has given me the mindset and the courage, to make my dreams come true. I'm not a born salesperson and have tried that anyway. This experience was worth it. For me it have been priceless. The support was always there from all sites. There are working great and really impressive people where you can learn from. I would not have missed it in no case. Not the work, not the people and not the challenge. I've earned enough money to realize one of my biggest dreams to travel for a while and I got the mindset to realize the other one.
Inconvénients
You have to wrap up warm. Life is no bowl of cherries and even not at Ink. You will promoted but it is also extremely demanded. Your comfort zone you can leave behind you straight away, as you will get kicked out of it every crazy day (btw. I hated it often but it is working). If you wanna see something of London then do it best before you begin to work there. Prepare yourself for 60 -70 hour working weeks. Work-life balance signifies nothing. The methods of management and the harsh tone are often not suitable for the more frail and fragile at heart (but it makes you stronger). I really did not liked the fact that they promised reforms they did not happen. In longterm it does not motivates you. Conclusion: It's extremely crazy tough and exhausting but a damn good school and valuable experience. But if you are looking for a sorted 40 hours job then don't take this one.
