      so many pros but management never tell them

      Inconvénients

      1. every quarter managers & HR judge performance of Lion for his swimming and then declare a dog ingram micro pride for his excellent hunting skills (the superb man management team of ingram) 2. recruitment team hire people by taking cv's from a magic bowl and giving random positions & renumerations on luck basis, a person with 1 yr of experience from other company could be a senior to person with 6 yrs of experience on same profile in ingram (LoL) 3. If you are ready to spend a part of your salary every month on your seniors you can secure a good hike in appraisal 4. Their is nothing like work ethics in the organisation, corruption is at all time high

      Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
