Avantages
Pays well for a job which doesn't require any formal qualifications or training, however, other companies are now closing in on this with 3 years of pay freezes. Not expected to work outside your contracted working areas.
Inconvénients
Where do you start? Ingeus was a great company which genuinely seemed to live its values, but it's all gone horribly wrong. Since the new CEO, COO have been installed Ingeus has gone rapidly down hill. Over the last 12 months I would estimate that 30% of the staff have resigned and the company has fallen out of the Times Top 100, it had previously been in the Times Top 100 for 5 years. The business is now run on information, which means you are highly micro-managed, micro-managed on various reports and numbers. Management are completely out of touch with it's staff, what their jobs entail and they lack any trust of their staff. The business is out of control. Reality is, the management team has been promoted through friendships not through skills or ability and it's lead to a collapse in trust throughout the business. And the management team don't have the skills or ability to fix the problems. The problems are so deeply embedded and engrained that the culture has changed.... many staff spend their week looking for alternative jobs or helping their colleagues fill out application forms. There are ZERO opportunities for promotion, you can be here for 4 or 5 years before a job even comes up.
