      Avantages

      Executive team are generally absent and not diligent in their monitoring of situations. This leave some latitude in getting your own job complete without feeling micro managed generally.

      Inconvénients

      Politics is rife within head office and most communications are absent of sincerity. What sounds good at the time rarely winds up becoming culturally accepted and behaviour is valued in preference to performance.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
