Avantages

Flexible, trusting of staff and enjoyed working with the trainees.

Inconvénients

Worked a lot of the evening and weekends to keep up with assessing. Work alone most of the time, a lot of pressure and travel.

Inconvénients

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
