Avantages

Most of the employees are with 8 + years if service in the company, for some of the employees this is their first professional endavour.

Inconvénients

A lot of benefits were freezed since Covid and it takes a lot of time and efforts to recover the old good practices.

35+ years of success because of consistently delivering great products.

Inconvénients

Very tech-focused and too old school (or immature) when it comes to GTM, but thankfully they're making investments to address this.
