Avantages
There are a lot experienced, proefssional and skilled people within this company willing to engage for a team spirit. Since the company was aquired there is more movement ongoing. Even if it's not all positive this could be a good chance for a radical change getting rid of the old "dust".
Inconvénients
The management isn't in the change. They are good ...kickers and driver but unable to accompany their teams. Therefore it smells like going down in a very big company (where most them come from) instead of working in a dynamic environment. It's more like the IBM/ORACLE sales kicking process which lacks honest social competencies.
