There are occasional opportunities to work on interesting projects, especially if you are proactive and willing to create structure where none exists.
Inconvénients
If you are interested in organisational culture, this is a fascinating live case study in the difference between external branding and internal employee experience. The gap between how the company describes itself and how employee experience can feel internally, is not subtle in my experience. Over time, it made me understand that corporate branding can be very sophisticated, while the lived culture remains inconsistent, reactive, and far more dependent on individual goodwill than any organisation of this size should be comfortable admitting.
