Avantages
if I had to pick, it would be the PTO and remote working - yet they are standard to the industry
Inconvénients
They switched to an ADP PEO shortly after i started working there, "to save the company money" this switch included changing the benefits from BCBS to UHC. the premiums went up, co pays went up and benefits included decreased. One of the managing partners looked us in the eye during the announcement meeting and said "the new benefits are the same or better than our current ones" - LIE first round of lay off was in 2019 got a PPP loan during the pandemic and hired people I left in 2021 and are still in contact with my co workers - as we became friends out of the office Recent update- two all hands on location events happened which much of been stupid expensive, just to turn around and lay people off again. Company that has been through 2 lay offs before and after the pandemic, with getting a PPP loan, doesn’t sound like the owners know how to manage money in the best interest of the company, more like just for their pockets
