Stagnant Company Stuck in the Dark Ages - Avis employé Sales Executive InfoPro Learning

A stagnant company that is operating in a progressive space. Infopro Learning has a traditional suite of service offerings that are stale, and nowhere near the kind of quality other Learning companies in the space are doing. Additionally, they price their sub-par services at a premium price point. The result is they receive poor feedback from the marketplace, and lose out on a significant amount of business. At the core of this company's incompetency is its company culture. Company leadership is predominately Indian, and they operate under a caste system model. Most of the company's operations are in foreign countries, though the majority of their business is in North America (which is clear they're trying to save money and cut corners on lowering operating budget). Communication and Cultural barriers make it difficult to operate and work with North America partners, as well as difficult to collaborate internally. Workforce skews significantly to an older workforce demographic, that is accustomed to working in a traditional work environment. This creates a workplace that fails to promote a progressive, innovative company culture. Personally, the company was a toxic workplace environment for me. Had a manager who constantly micromanaged me, was not open or receptive to any feedback, and oppressed my ability to perform.
