      Avantages

      Everyone here is young and hungry. Hours might be long but this is the industry and the people are friendly and helpful. A lot of knowledgeable people at the top to gain advice from.

      Inconvénients

      If you are very closed off this is not the place to work. It is an open floor and constant communication with others.

      Avantages

      Not many pros, but it was a fine first post college job

      Inconvénients

      Long hours and low base comp. Good commission potential once you get going but takes a while to get there
