Allow me to state this plainly: the issue is one of excessive workload coupled with inadequate compensation. For the sake of your employees’ well-being, morale, and long-term sustainability, I urge you to seriously consider providing salary increments or performance bonuses. It is evident that some staff members are struggling financially simply to maintain a reasonable standard of living. The cost of living continues to rise, yet employees are being expected to shoulder increasing responsibilities and workloads without corresponding recognition or remuneration. There appears to be an expectation that they will continually absorb additional tasks and deliver results regardless of the circumstances. A workforce can only be stretched so far before exhaustion, disengagement, and burnout become inevitable. If the organization values its people, their contributions should be reflected not only in words, but also in fair compensation and meaningful support.

1. Inconsistent WFH policy. The company promises a WFH option during the interview, but requesting it leads to unnecessary friction. Even when work requesting is approved, management may still claim "low efficiency" as a deterrent. Their excuses range from "we're just looking out for you" to claiming WFH "causes a loss of bonding" 2. Lack of clear SOPs. Responsibilities are often ill-defined, leading to a culture of blame-shifting. Without documented processes, it is difficult for employees to protect themselves from unfair criticism. 3. Misalignment in tech stack. The company claims to use the latest technologies but lacks the internal expertise to implement them. Furthermore, the growth path for developers is heavily skewed toward sales metrics rather than technical excellence, often requiring devs to handle administrative content maintenance. 4. Communication gaps. Over-promising to clients without informing the technical team often leads to delivering unfinished products. There is a clear need for better alignment between sales promises and execution capabilities. 5. Salary is below market rate. Additionally, management’s attitude towards employees' personal financial situations felt dismissive and insensitive. 6. Professionalism: If public sarcasm—such as mocking fellow entrepreneurs as 'aliens'—is your definition of being professional, then I am clearly not the professional you are looking for.
