      Solid product, great market opportunity and experienced management team are a good start. Openness to improvement and an environment that allows for personal excellence mean you can make your time with this team what you want it to be.

      Inconvénients

      Processes are still developing. The team is distributed across multiple timezones so for many roles you'll need to be able to take advantage of flexible working hours.

      Avantages

      -Learning a tremendous amount about the telecommunications industry and IVR -Pushed outside of my comfort zone in as productive a way as possible -Nice work environment (WeWorks) -Learning a decent amount about software development -Lots of good food options around -Exciting to be part of a quickly growing company

      Inconvénients

      -Sometimes don't have enough work. -Occasionally the commute into SF can be rough
