They also get to use programs which are very much in demand by current employers(Dreamweaver, Google Adwords and Analytics, for example).

Inconvénients
As mentioned previously, the unstructured approach can take some getting used too. However, once the adjustment takes place, you may find that this is more conducive to maximum productivity.
Also, the commitment expected of interns is 3-5 days a week, so it may not be for students with an already very full schedule.
