Easily hired, since they don't have nay hiring criteria. They would hire you if you dress up professionally during the interview and go for off topic conversations.

My time at this company has been marked by a troubling mix of unequal treatment, inadequate compensation, managerial hostility, and an alarming undercurrent of racial discrimination. The pervasive favoritism in opportunities and pay creates a demoralizing atmosphere, intensified by the rude behavior of senior management towards junior staff. Compensation falls below industry standards, amplifying financial stress. The lack of respect from higher-ups not only damages morale but also hinders professional growth. Moreover, the limited opportunities for advancement and a dearth of mentorship programs contribute to a sense of stagnation among employees. Adding to the distress is the stark racial discrimination present within the organization. Certain individuals are unfairly treated based on their race, further perpetuating a hostile work environment.
