      Avantages

      - Impeccable funding timing. Outsized valuation at the height of a tech valuation bubble - Identity is a face paced and interesting space

      Inconvénients

      - Compliance headache. Management at the time did not care about privacy controls, consent, and ethical training - Not sure why I didn't realize that they were initially a consumer app. Should have been a warning flag for me that they trained a face model after becoming a consumer photo album application - Overworked - Definitely stretched the truth about product capabilities

      Avantages

      It was a great learning experience! My boss was very chill, very capable and taught me a lot even though he was very busy. I felt challenged but not overworked.

      Inconvénients

      I can't find many cons tbh I was there for only the summer. I guess I can say that at this company you have to be capable and you have to "get it", there's no flying under the radar, you are expected to be good at your job and perform.

      -Room for growth is ambiguous -structure unclear and often changes. Be prepared to change gears frequently
