Low pay, incredibly stingy when it comes to spending money (on work related stuff and personal development). Several people were sacked for no apparent reason during my time there. Management is pretty much absent most of the time and there is no real leadership or guidance. Very chaotic atmosphere with too many people who don't keep their word, particularly at senior level. Staff having to pay out of pocket for all sorts of things, then hope they'll get their money back. Outdated IT equipment running older OS versions that have been discontinued or are no longer supported. An indication of how cheap they are - they're running the Inclusive Tech Alliance, yet they went with the cheapest company in India to make their website using ancient tech. The few good employees that were there during my brief tenure quickly realised this and moved on. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
