Lack of leadership quality and accountability from the top. It is always about the blaming game and not fixing the problem. If something is working at the moment, then don't rock the boat although it could be the wrong way of doing it. Poor communication. No transparency or whatsoever with the staff. Nothing is professional as everything is about personal feelings and emotions. Too much politics and gossiping. Promotion is not based on skills. No action taken for wrong doing although the person could be deceiving or stealing from the company. Even if action is taken, it is usually against the low level staff instead of the management.
