      Avantages

      - The people at the office have a really good work ethic - Nice environment to work in, tasks are delegated properly, get to work on the things you enjoy - Feel like there is a lot of room for growth

      Inconvénients

      t's a startup not a cooperate environment. For me that's not a con, it's a pro, because I thrive in this kinda environment. But if someone is used to the typical cooperate 9-5 setup, they wouldn't fit here.

      Avantages

      Great culture and passionate people is definitely one of the main aspects, lots of opportunities and challenging projects, excellent work-life balance, ownership in the projects and transparency.

      Inconvénients

      There are no real benefits like health insurance, 401k, etc

      Avantages

      - Top notch management and talent. It is always fun to be part of a rapidly growing team. - Everyone is really passionate about what they do. - People have fun during the day, and are allowed to work in what ever way they are most effective. - Management really cares about the people who work here, and are very understanding and work hard to create a work life balance for everyone who works here.

      Inconvénients

      - The office is extremely cold.
