      Exposure to an extense set of business settings.

      Inconvénients

      There isn't good money, low recognition for merits, weak hiring process. Outdated/obsolete business practices. Slow responsiveness to market challenges. Bad conditions for the workers.

      - Would take longer to grow professionally - High bureaucracy within the company - You might not get too much exposure to C-level within the Company
