      This is for Inabata America office. You will learn many different aspects of business style. What I learned from Inabata has been extremely helpful in my new job. Good boss, good business environments Lots of opportunities to travel around the world No layoffs, you are guaranteed a life-long employment

      Rarely required to work overtime Beautiful office building with the Noguchi Garden Remote work every Friday and two additional flexible remote days

      Inconvénients

      Benefits have been getting worse Employees pay about half of their health insurance costs No sick leave and only 13 PTO days per year Full-time schedule is only 7 hours per day, which limits income potential
