Inconvénients
Incompetent dispatchers, poor communication with employees, zero support for employees, you are a warm body until you make a mistake or complain, then terminated for some poor unsuspecting soul to take your place. WORST communication I've ever had in 40 years of working. waiting to see if you even have a route on your assigned day, to be told last minute you are NOT working that day, or getting a call 2 hrs after being told you aren't on a route, telling you there's a route available be here in 15 mins when they know full well you have a 40 minute commute. oh, and they expect you to be on call when scheduled, but don't pay for your time on call, so if a route doesn't suddenly appear, you waste a day waiting for nothing.
