They have an open door policy and actually listen to concerns you may have. They help when needed. Great place to learn and be a part of the team where you voice is heard and appreciated. Managers and supervisors are respectful and fair. They communicate their expectations, so direction is excellent and well managed.

I don't have one reason why I should work there but I noticed they retained a fellow intern which is a good thing.

They are not willing to train young prospects, I had a special assignment and they weren't helping to better explain it being my first experience. I asked a lot of questions and they aren't too happy about that. I always believe as a newbie I could ask questions especially if I can't google myself out for a solution.
