      Opportunity to work at a small business.

      Inconvénients

      -There is very high turn over. Employees do not last long. - Lots of micro-management. No oversight to grow teams. - There is not a clear vision from upper management. - Upper leadership leads by making people afraid. - There is not a clear path to develop the company.
