Amazing experience - Avis employé Digital Designer InSync PLUS

I am a former employee at INSYNC.PLUS for almost 4 years, and it was an amazing experience. The owner of the company, Smitty Smith has created a personal & thoughtful approach to how the office is supervised – which made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. Smitty alongside Patrick the COO & Paul the ECD made efforts to create a “family-like office culture” - especially during the recent challenging Covid/quarantine times, when It was needed the most. I also appreciate the experience I had with all my peers there, my co-workers there were some of the best in the business! Thank you to everyone at INSYNC.PLUS – I hope to work with you again one day!
