Great team and culture. Salary and benefits are decent as well. Very innovative company which likes to trigger employees to leverage state of the art technology. Also takes employee happiness very seriously by offering a good study budget, possibility to leverage services from mental health provider OOPKOP and organizes A LOT of events through the year.
Inconvénients
InSpark is a subsidiary of KPN, which is a big corporate telco in The Netherlands. Telco (high margin) and IT (low margin) operations don't always go hand in hand. This can sometimes lead in frustrating discussions and targets in the operations. However, KPN also offers employees more office space, which makes it easier to work somewhere else than home when you live quite far from Amstelveen. Workpressure can also be very high in some periods.
