Avantages

Pays well, opportunity for advancement and great people working in the trenches.

Inconvénients

This company is characterized by a notably high turnover rate, which is often a red flag for underlying management or cultural issues. A significant portion of its operations are outsourced, resulting in a fragmented workflow and occasional misalignment in project execution. The organizational structure is rather old school, and the new leadership continues to adhere to outdated practices that can hinder adaptability and innovation. Additionally, the company's approach to resource planning is reactive rather than proactive — they typically secure a project or client first and then scramble to allocate resources, leading to rushed and sometimes inefficient project setups. For potential employees, this means dealing with a lack of strategic direction and potential inconsistencies in workload management.
