Avantages
They have a system where they rate your overall performance based on (UPT) units per transaction & (ADT) average dollar per transaction. It helps motivate you to sell products to get commission every month and win prizes! I won a XBOX One (Customized) with InMotions color scheme & a pair of SHURE SE846's ($999.00) retail, all for free! You also meet a variety of people at the airport. The training is fun. The staff are great, this was definitely the best job I worked in College!
Inconvénients
The downsides depend on the airport you are located in honestly. If you are in Charlotte, Orlando, or Las Vegas you more likely to generate a lot sales because they are international airports. Always check the weather, you have to park in the employee parking lot and wait on the shuttle bus. You do have to go through TSA security, but they have a line strictly for employees. You are not paid from the time you wait for the shuttle, ride to the airport, go through TSA, and walk to the terminal you store is located. Your time starts when you clock in on the store register. You don't get to fly for free nor do you get any buddy passes from the airlines. You have to work for the airline to receive those deals.
