This is a job that you can use to segway into a better opportunity, provided this is where you get your medical sales start like most of the sales force. No work life balance, poor management, lots of turnover, no stock options for employees, high pressure sales, pay sucks, weekend & evening work. Also not a very diverse work force. It’s giving yt boys club.

Avantages

Pays well and good benefits if you are an extremely pushy sales rep, willing to play along with their awful internal politics, and push your boundaries of integrity.

Inconvénients

The work are endless hours, constantly raising the expectations, managers and directors are not honest in any respect.
