Avantages

Great Legacy application (Hard Dollar) with a strong presence in the North American market and growing internationally. Great team around Hard Dollar (at least those who are left). Parent company is a industry leader in the service market of the ineight/Hard Dollar applications. Great parent company.

Inconvénients

InEight management led by Bill Ponsetti is a mistake. Ponsetti has the gift of gab and would and could sell his mother, but as a manager/leader, he is going nowhere fast. He smokes, is arrogant and outwardly disrespectful to co-workers/employees and is overly friendly with the female employees to the point of harassment complaints. He brought in the SAP cronies to run the company and virtually every move he has made on his strategic plan has failed. The old management had people happy to be at work. Under current management, InEight is nothing more than a SAP VAR, with goals of making easy money off of the SAP ecosystem. Unfortunately, ineight cannot get any new products to market and with poor moral, it is a good bet the Ineight will die and Hard Dollar will remain at the end of the day.

Avantages

- Marketing leadership is top-notch - Company that is constantly looking to innovate - You get to work with big contruction

Inconvénients

- The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

Avantages

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Inconvénients

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
