      Avantages

      - A genuinely caring, friendly, supportive and understanding culture - Talented, bright, and competent staff - Open to feedback and welcoming of innovate ideas - Minimal red tape - Continually improving processes - Compensation I would say is at or above industry standard, however I am a contractor so cannot speak to employee compensation.

      Inconvénients

      The only con which is more related to my personal circumstances than the company itself, is working from home can be isolating and lonely..there is the option to attend the small office, it's just less convenient as I live relatively far.

      Avantages

      Everyone at InClin, including upper management, is very friendly and caring. The company offers growth and support. It feels like a family and is an amazing company.

      Inconvénients

      I think pay is pretty standard for a CRO (which is a lot less than pharma).

      Avantages

      Able to work remotely, can be flexible depending on your manager.

      Inconvénients

      DM SOPs, processes and templates are are not well developed. Very high turn-over in DM staff which negatively affects project continuity and leads to poor data quality. Some managers are not collaborative and are very difficult to work with. There doesn't seem to be a raise program for employees.
