Connected to market and provided work.

Inconvénients

Payroll was occasionally unpredictable. Submitted late sometimes. Submitted at last possible to make it in on pay day. Lost 2+ thousand over half a decade to overdraft and other penalties. Had to stop using auto-pay which is not right.

Avantages

They give you onsite opportunity, Lot of work for begnieer , if you are a lazy employee not good for you, good to learn etc.

Inconvénients

Middle Level management sucks, they can make false promise and the top management dosent know even, so better get things documented.
