Many of the people come to Bhubaneswar leaving a lucrative job behind. But after joining this company thing changes. They will change your job profile. They will hire you for some purpose and give you different work to do. Compensations & benefits are very poor. Now you can not go to the metro or stay in Bhubaneswar. You will feel like you are stuck in between. It is like a game for management. First of all, they hire then they change the job profile and then if such a person is not able to adopt the new job they just fire will him. One more thing most of the good reviews given in glassdoor for this company are by the management itself.
