      Avantages

      Work from home, flexibility, good relationship with colleagues, overall stress free

      Inconvénients

      Pay is very low and I haven’t received any increase in my salary even after spending considerable time with the company and having more responsibilities put on me. Talks of raises in the future, but I’m not sure.

      Hybrid, good starting point for teachers looking to get out of the classroom, learn a lot of sales skills

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low pay, bad commission structure (pay out in December), management is ok but is dependent on the person
