      Pretty good products, good name recognition/marketing. Mission is solid.

      Disconnected, fear-based leadership, left-hand doesn't know what the right-hand is doing, employees treated as disposable.

      Hybrid, good starting point for teachers looking to get out of the classroom, learn a lot of sales skills

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low pay, bad commission structure (pay out in December), management is ok but is dependent on the person
