Avantages

Good Products, Good Band Names, believe in innovation, the ITW toolbox

Inconvénients

They do not adhere to the Toolbox principles - becoming much more centralized - focusing on the 20 and not the 80 - PLS has become an exercise and does not add value - Customers are feeling left out of the process - and their values/concerns are being ignored - Innovation was key and was attained through purchasing other companies in the recent past as well internal development - innovation has become centralized and acquisition has been greatly reduced. - ITW does not value its employees as it has in the past - loyalty and longevity was important They do not promote from within - or between divisions - it is not encouraged or supported

Great coworkers and a vast crew of skilled operators

Inconvénients

I did not recieve the vision of where the company was going other than bigger. Missing a huge opportunity to identify and mentoring young talent that is there leading to a dead end atmosphere.
